Edd Lee age 83, of Greenville passed away at 11:35 AM on Saturday, July 10, 2021, at his residence.
Edd was born August 20, 1937, in Knox County, Kentucky, to the late Charlie & Sara (Saylor) Lee. In addition to his parents, Edd was also preceded in death by his sisters, Sharon Lee, Nora Smith and Wanda Cox; brother, James Lee; and 4 siblings in infancy.
Edd is survived by his children, Edd (Jr.) & Jean Lee of Las Vegas, Nevada, Charles Lee of Las Vegas, Nevada, Lisa Jassan of Greenville and Wayne Lee of Greenville; 12 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brothers & sisters-in-law, Kenneth & Carlene Lee of Troy and Ernie & Debbie Lee of Greenville; sisters & brother-in-law, Faye Abernathy of Greenville, Helen Robinson of Greenville, Laverne Lee of Bradford and Susan & Edmund Grice of Bradford; sister-in-law, Linda Beckstedt of Bradford; brother-in-law, Stan Cox of Ansonia; caregiver, Betty Lee of Greenville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Edd retired from Rumpke where he was a welder. He was lead singer of Country Express and Country Gentlemen. He was a huge Elvis Presley fan.
