Sharon K. (Rismiller) Fourman (February 12, 2018)

Sharon K. (Rismiller) Fourman, age 64, of Arcanum, Ohio, passed away on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 1:36 AM at Kettering Heath Network, Kettering, Ohio. She was born on October 3, 1953 in Union City, Indiana, to Theora M. (Wagner) Rismiller of Rossburg, Ohio, and the late Ralph A. Rismiller.

Sharon is survived by husband of 44 years Randy D. Fourman of Arcanum, Ohio, whom she married on April 14, 1973; daughters and son in law, Krista K. Fourman of Arcanum, Ohio, and Kimberlee D. & Bradley Freeman of Greenville; grandchildren, Kylee E. Freeman, Brayden A. Freeman and Kennedy D. Freeman; Siblings, Ronald W. Rismiller of Ansonia, Ohio, Douglas L. Rismiller of Osgood, Ohio and Cinda S. Rismiller of Lima, Ohio; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers in law, sisters in law and friends.

Sharon is preceded in death by her father.

Sharon was a homemaker and an active volunteer. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Greenville, 29 years as a 4-H Advisor where she enjoyed helping the kids for their 4-H projects, member of the Darke County 4-H committee, enjoyed working the election polls for the Darke County Board of Elections, volunteer for Darke County Solid Waste District and past member of the Darke County Livestock Sales Committee. She was a 1972 graduate of Ansonia High School. Sharon loved flowers and gardening, going dancing and hosting Halloween parties with her friends. Most of all she enjoyed being with her grandkids, babysitting and taking them to their different events. There will be a service held on Friday, February 16, 2018 at 10:00 AM at St. Paul Lutheran Church, North Star, Ohio, with Pastor Brian McGee officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Cemetery, North Star, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Thursday, February 15, 2018 from 5-8 PM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio, as well as one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday.

It is the wishes of the family that memorial contributions be given to the Darke County 4-H, St. John Lutheran Church, Greenville or St. Paul Lutheran Church, North Star.

Matthew Lee Spurrier, 38, of West Chester, passed away on February 12, 2018 at his home.

Matthew was born on November 28, 1979 in Greenville, Ohio. He is the son of Robert Spurrier of Hollansburg and Karen Pauly of West Chester, Ohio.

Matthew was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.

Matthew was a 1998 graduate of Tri-Village High School. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from I.U. East in Richmond, Indiana and his Master's Degree in Kinesiology and Physiology from the University of Florida. He attended First English Lutheran Church in Richmond, Indiana. Matthew was most recently employed by Walmart in West Chester, Ohio as a Pharmacy Technician.

Matthew is survived by his daughter, Makayla Rynae Spurrier of Centerville, Indiana; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Family and friends may visit on Thursday, February 15, 2018 from 4 PM to 7 PM at Tribute Funeral Home, Greenville Campus.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, February 16, 2018 at 10:30 AM at First English Lutheran Church, 2727 E. Main Street, Richmond, Indiana, with Pastor John R. Walker and Pastor Chip Belanga officiating. Burial will follow in Hollansburg Cemetery.

Junior "Jay" (Poppy) C. Moore, 90, of Hollansburg, passed away on February 6, 2018 at his home.

Jay was born on November 6, 1927 in Richmond, Indiana, the son of the late Carl and Maude (Cox) Moore.

In addition to his parents, Jay was preceded in death by his wife, Emogene (Humphrey) Moore; his son, Sammy E. Moore; his daughter, Pamela Sue Karuba; his grandson, Jason Robert Moore; and his sisters, Betty Foster and Corrine Apple.

Jay served his country honorably in the United States Army, and was a member of the Hollansburg American Legion Post #708. He was a member of the New Madison Masonic Temple and the Darke County Shriner's Club. Jay had served as mayor and fire chief for the Village of Hollansburg for several years. He retired from Holly Farms / Tyson Chicken.

Jay is survived by his sister, Lodene "Emmy" Cutts of British Columbia; his grandchildren, Brigget Moore of Hudson, Florida, Mandy Durst and Sammy Jay Moore, both of Hollansburg; his five great grandchildren; a special friend and life long companion, Carolyn Brinley of Greenville; Carolyn's four children; 15 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews from both families.

A Celebration of Life service, with full military honors being performed by the Greenville Honor Guard, will be held at 12 PM on Saturday, February 17, 2018, at Tribute Funeral Homes, New Madison Campus, with Pastor Sam Shilot officiating. Burial will follow in Hollansburg Cemetery.

Family and friends may visit on Saturday from 10 AM to 12 PM at the funeral home.

Thomas Richard Nealeigh (February 10, 2018)

Dr. Thomas Richard Nealeigh peacefully entered eternity on February 10, 2018 after 92 ½ years of rich and positive living. Thomas was born July 27, 1925, the seventh of twelve children of Daniel and Bonnie Wills Nealeigh in Greenville, Ohio. He graduated from Greenville (Ohio) High School, Class of 1943.

Thomas served in the Army in World War, entering France on D-Day + 1. Following service to his nation he earned a bachelor’s degree and doctorate from The Ohio State University. He served as a mathematics professor for more than two decades at Westminster College, New Wilmington, PA. Retirement was spent primarily in Columbus, Ohio.

Thomas married the love of his life, Marilyn Fambrough Nealeigh of Versailles, Ohio, on December 18, 1949. Marilyn preceded him death on January 31, 2005. He is also predeceased by siblings Mary Unger, Daniel ‘Bud’ Nealeigh, Guy Nealeigh, Bonnie Beatty, Martha Matz, Barbara Petersime, James Nealeigh, Vernon Nealeigh and Rex Nealeigh.

He is survived by two sisters – Nancy Wenger and Ann Preston. In addition he is survived by Becky (David) Oyler of North East, PA and Mindy (Chuck) Kuhn of York, SC who provided years of compassionate support to Thomas in his senior years. He is the grandfather of Katy (Michael) Harris, Fort Mill, SC; Megan (Nathan) Troxell, Pittsburgh, PA; David (Justine) Oyler, Bailey, CO; Stephen (Kate) Oyler, Bakerstown, PA; and Michael (Melanie) Oyler, Pittsburgh, PA. He treasured his five great grandchildren Taylor Harris, Lyla Harris, Alex Troxell, Andy Troxell and David Oyler V. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as his loyal dog, Lilly.

A service to honor the life of Thomas Nealeigh will be celebrated on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Trinity Lutheran Church, 204 East Wood Street, Versailles, Ohio. Friends and loved ones are invited to greet the family from 1:00 to 2:00 prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Greenlawn Cemetery, Versailles, Ohio. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey Zechar Funeral Home, Versailles, Ohio.

Warren C. Dull age 96, of Greenville passed away at 4:00 PM on Saturday, February 10, 2018, at State of the Heart Hospice Care Center in Greenville.

Warren was born April 20, 1921, in Darke County; he was one of six children of Cletus & Myrtle Dull of Arcanum.

Warren served in the U.S. Army during WWII serving time in the Philippines. He was a lifetime farmer and retired from Frank Girbert.

In addition to his parents, Warren was also preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Marlene L. (Miller) Dull in 1997; great-granddaughter, Adeline; brother, Donald; and sisters, Helen Margerum and Blanche Neff.

Warren is survived by two sons, Robert (Kathy) Dull of Englewood and John Dull of Punta Gorda, Florida; six grandchildren, Lysa Shellabarger, Angela Ogle, Kristen (Jeff) Melton, Shelli (Antonio) Ferreira, Charles (Jessica) Dull and Katherine (Phillip) Henson; 18 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great granddaughters; brother Howard Dull of Florida; and sister, Betty Patterson of Brookville.

There will be no services at this time. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Care. Ruth A. Harris, 90, of Greenville, passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Rest Haven in Greenville.

Ruth was born on May 4, 1927 in Brookville, Indiana, the daughter of William and Anna (Kunkle) Kreutzer.

In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Harris, on March 28, 1999. She and Charles where married on June 14, 1947.

Ruth enjoyed socializing with friends, playing cards and was a card club member for over 50 years. She retired from Bonfiglio’s Pharmacy after 25 plus years of service. Ruth was a fan of Indiana college basketball and was a faithful member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Greenville.

Ruth is survived by her children Celia (William) Frazer of Greenville, and Charlie Harris of Arcanum; her grandchildren, Heidi (Curt) Klosterman of Greenville, Amanda Harris of Columbus, Ohio, and Matt Frazer of Columbus, Ohio; and her great grandchildren, Madison and Brianna Klosterman of Greenville.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12noon on Monday, February 19, 2018 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Greenville, with Fr. John White officiating. Burial will follow in Palestine Cemetery.

Family and friends may visit from 10AM until 11:30AM at Tribute Funeral Home in Greenville.

Constance (Connie) Kay Myers (Arnett), 75, of Greenville, Ohio passed away peacefully at her home on February 14, 2018. Connie was born in Greenville, Ohio on May 25, 1942 to the late Wayne and Bernice (Oberer) Arnett.

In addition to her parents, Connie is preceded in death by her husband, John David Myers, on December 28, 2016, her son, John David Myers, Jr., and A grandson, Brent David Corn.

Connie was a member of the Greenville First Assembly of God. She retired from FRAM working on the assembly line and also worked 10 years at Westinghouse where she pressed motors. Connie was a 1962 graduate of Greenville High School. She loved Crocheting, listening to Christian music and reading the devotional, The Daily Bread. One of her favorite spots was the Old Hickory in Sidney. Some of her fondest memories were spending time with her family, how funny her husband was, and what a great family man he was.

She is survived by her children, Susan Lynn and husband Mark Leon Hartrum of Greenville and Robert Allan and wife Melinda Jean Myers of Newburg, Indiana; grandchildren, Kristen Beth and husband, Chris Jurgens, Kaylee Brooke Hartrum, John Thomas Myers and Abbey Elizabeth Myers; great grandchild, Emmalyn Jurgens. She also had two Yorkshire Terriers, Molly and Baby.

A celebration of life service will be held 10:30 Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus with Pastor Dale Boeger officiating. Burial will follow in Abbottsville Cemetery.

Family and Friends may visit at the Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus, on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 from 4:00-7:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of Dayton.

Berdena Elizabeth (Roth) Miller, passed away on Friday, February 16, 2018 at the age of 96 years 11 month and 6 days at Brookdale Greenville.

Daughter of Klor and Sylvia (Conrad) Roth. She was baptized in to the Old German Baptist Brethren Church in 1940 and remained faithful until her passing.

She was married to Harley D. Miller, March 22, 1941.

They were called to the deacon’s office September 22, 1951 where they served faithfully.

Survivors to mourn her passing, a daughter, Diane (Norman) Hoblit; grandchildren, Gale Finch, Nathan Hoblit, Aleta (Anthony) Montgomery; brother, Don Roth; sister, Phyllis (Ralph) Brunk; sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Roth and Jane Roth.

Preceding in death was her husband, Harley; daughters, Janet Marquis, Marilyn Flick and Edith Davis; brothers, Howard, William, Dale Roth; sisters, Mary Ethel Wigger, Margorie Mallonee; granddaughters, Yvonne Flick, Gwendelynne Hoblit; brothers-in-law, Marv Wigger, Lou Mallonee, Herman Coning; sisters-in-law, Eileen Roth, Janice Roth, Alice, Roth, Naomi Roth; and many nephews and nieces.

Family and friends may visit on Monday, February 19, 2018 from 2 PM to 5 PM and from 6 PM to 8 PM at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus, formerly Oliver Floyd Funeral Home.

Services will be held at 10 AM Tuesday, February, 20 at Oak Grove Meeting House by the Home Brethren. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery.

Steven W. Peck, 56 of Versailles, Ohio passed away on Thursday February 15, 2018 at Arbor Trace, Richmond, Indiana. He was born April 19, 1961 in Paxtuet River, Maryland the son of Beverly (Baker) & Marvin Miller of Greenville and the late Ralph Peck Jr.

He served in the Marine Sea Bees and after his service he lived in Gulfport, Mississippi where he worked as a shrimp boat Forman and mechanic until moving to Ohio in 1987. He then worked at Didier Tow Motor in Versailles as a Tow Motor Mechanic, then Norcold in Gettysburg as a Maintenance Mechanic and currently at Miami Valley Steel in Piqua, Ohio as a Maintenance Mechanic.

He is preceded in death by his father; & brother: David Peck.

He is survived by his mother and step father; his wife: Elaine (Ulsh) Peck of Versailles; step sons: Jerry & Brenda of Auburndale, Chris & Theresa of New Madison; grandchildren: Josh & Kimberly of Sturgis, Kentucky, Jason of Troy, Shantel of Greenville, Brandi & Dalton of Lexington, North Carolina; great grandchildren: Kaizlee Sales, & Jaxton Roberson of Sturgis, Kentucky, Ashelie & Anna Gilbert of Greenville; brother: & Michael (Tim) Peck of Arcanum; brother in law: Mike (Deb) Ulsh of Piqua; sisters in law: Kathy (Dan) Riddle of Greenville, Becky (Berry) Wackler of Covington, Ohio, Sandra (Kevin) Magette of Liberty Twp. Ohio.

Richard "Dick" Paul Farmer (February 13, 2018)

Richard "Dick" Paul Farmer, age 77 of Arcanum, Ohio passed away suddenly and peacefully in his sleep Tuesday morning February 13, 2018 at his winter home in Lakeland, Florida.

Born May 13, 1940 in Palestine, Ohio and the son of the late Willard P. and Helen N. (Spencer) Farmer. Dick was a kind and gentle family man. He loved being outdoors and was always willing to help those in need. He enjoyed camping and working around the house. His favorite pastime was wood carving and he was a member of the Miami County Wood Carver’s Association and the Greenville V.F.W.

Dick was a graduate of Palestine School in 1959 and served 8 years in the United States Air Force during Vietnam. In 1970 he met the Love of his life Penelope Ann Cable and they got married on April 3rd 1971. He worked for NCR for a short time before making a career as a shift supervisor at Fram/Honeywell in Greenville Ohio.

Dick is preceded in death by his parents, sister Martha, and brothers Terry and Kenny. He is survived by his wife Penelope Ann of Arcanum, sons Darin of Ogden, Utah, Greg (wife Tina) of Canton, Ohio and Hollis (wife Angela) of Greenville; grandchildren Brandon, Jacob, Wesley, Hunter, Trenten, Kianna, Teresa, Danielle, and Evelyn; sisters Carolyn (Marvin) Miller of Sebring, FL., and Esther (Kent) Winterrowd of Tehachapi, CA; brothers Robert (Linda) Farmer of Greenville, Denny (Linn) Farmer of Leo, IND., Jim (Clara Joe) Farmer of New Madison and Mark (Karmey) Farmer of Arcanum; sisters-in-law Gail Farmer and Marine Farmer both of New Madison as well as numerous Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM Friday February 23, 2018 in the Zechar Bailey Funeral Home Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Terry Cavanaugh officiating. Burial will follow in the Abbottsville Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM in the funeral home. The Greenville Veteran’s Honor Guard will conduct Full Military Honors Friday morning at the funeral home.

Nancy J. Conner, 63, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on February 16, 2018.

She was born on May 5, 1954 in Greenville, the daughter of the late Junior and Geraldine (King) Strait.

Nancy is survived by her husband of 46 years, Steven Conner of Greenville, whom she married July 22, 1972; her daughter and son-in-law, Carrie (Brian) Emerick of Greenville; her grandsons, Levi and Riley Emerick; her brother and sister-in-law, Phil (Becky) Strait of Greenville; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Janet Blackford , Mary (Jerry) Blackford, all of Tipp City, Ohio, Virginia (Jim) Blackford of New Madison, and Joan (Ken) Didier of Washington; several nieces and nephews.

Nancy was a former surgical technician at Wayne Hospital for nearly 30 years. She had a love for animals, reading and watching her grandsons play sports.

A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at 12 PM on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at the Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville campus with Pastor Terry Haworth officiating.

Family and friends may visit Saturday from 10 AM until the time of the service at 12 PM at the funeral home.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Nancy's family to help offset funeral expenses.

Rockne D. Seiler, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 1:29 PM at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. He was born on December 30, 1963 in Troy, Ohio, to Richard & Phyllis (Riegle) Seiler of Greenville.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his children, Meka Seiler and Sterling Seiler both of Greenville; granddaughter, Rio Seiler; wife, Melenda (Bowling) Seiler of Lewisburg, Ohio, brothers and sister in law, Richard & Carol Seiler Jr. of Florida and Shawn Scott Seiler of Utah; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his sister, Minda Chrisman.

Rockne was a member of the United States Navy. During his time in the Navy he attended the Aviation Electronics School in Memphis, TN. He was a 1982 graduate of Greenville High School where he participated in Track running the 100 and 200 yard dash as well as holding the school record in the 400 team relay. He was an avid Bengals and Ohio State fan. He loved his dog Izzy but most of all he loved spending time and helping to raise his granddaughter Rio.

There will be a private service held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio.

John Lee Bey, 50, of Versailles, passed away on February 16, 2018 at State of the Heart Care Center In Greenville.

John was born on July 11, 1967 in Piqua, Ohio, the son of the late John and Janet (Mendenhall) Bey.

In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Schoen.

John was a 1987 graduate of Versailles High School and was employed by Crown Equipment in New Bremen. John loved tinkering with his welder, helping his wife with her stained glass project, and working with wood. He enjoyed taking pictures and videos of his girls, camping with his family and spending as much time as he could with his girls. He was a loving husband and father.

John is survived by his wife of 28 years, Sandy (Baker) Bey, whom he married October 7, 1989; his daughters, Heather Bey and Ashley Bey both of Versailles; his brother, Terry Bey of Greenville; his sister and brother-in-law, Karen (Larry) Smith of Greenville; and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service, will be held at 7 PM on Wednesday, February 21, 2018, at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville campus, with Rev. Eric Fee officiating. Burial will be held on Monday, February 26, 2018 at 2:00 PM in Greenlawn Cemetery.

Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 from 5 PM to 7 PM at the funeral home.

Judy (McClurg) Stephan, age 78, of Arcanum, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 4:41 PM at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. She was born on February 28, 1939 in Darke County, Ohio, to the late Roy & D. Kathryn (Rape) McClurg.

She is survived by her children, Robert Stephan of Arcanum, Ohio, James & Kay Stephan of New Madison, Ohio, Kathy & Randy French of Debary, Florida, and David & Michelle Stephan of Arcanum, Ohio; grandchildren, Megan Stephan, Ryan Stephan, Shayla Stephan and Rachel (Rudy) Clewell; great grandchildren, Alexis, Allyson and Dalton Clewell; sister, Doris Noe of Ironton, Ohio; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Stephan whom she married on June 6, 1959; grandson, Evan Andrew French; 1 sister, 1 brother and numerous sisters in law and brothers in law.

Judy was a homemaker as well as worked on the farm. She was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Ithaca, Ohio, where she was a past Sunday School Teacher. Judy graduated in 1957 from Greenville High School. Judy enjoyed camping and was able to camp in several states. She loved sewing, flowers, gardening, Arts and Crafts, but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

There will be a service held on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at 10:30 AM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio. Burial will follow in the Brock Cemetery, Brock, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 from 5-8 PM at the funeral home.

Jerome “Jerry” (Teddy Bear) Subler age 64, of Versailles passed away at 6:52 PM on Friday, February 16, 2018, at Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy.

Jerry was born November 15, 1953, in Greenville to the late Edward N. & Clara L. (Barga) Subler. In addition to his parents, Jerry was also preceded in death by a son, Jacob J. Subler; and a brother-in-law, Carl Meinerding.

Jerry is survived by a brother & sister-in-law, Luke & Christina “Tina” Subler of Versailles; sisters & brothers-in-law, Catherine & Joseph Wenning of Coldwater, Teresa & Ed Moorman of St. Henry and Paula Meinerding of Versailles; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Jerry was a supervisor at Eagle Bridge Company in Sidney. He was a member of St. Remy Catholic Church in Russia; Versailles Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 2347; Local International Union of Operating Engineers Local 18 and retired member of the Laborers Union.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, February 21, 2018, at St. Denis Catholic Church in Versailles with Rev. Fr. Jim Simons celebrant. Burial will follow in Holy Family Cemetery in Frenchtown. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 3:00 to 8:00 PM and Wednesday morning from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home in Versailles. Doris E. Ward, 92 of Greenville, Ohio passed away on Monday February 19, 2018 at 2:05 AM at Rest Haven Nursing Home, Greenville, Ohio. She was born July 1, 1925 in Sharpeye, Ohio the daughter of the late Ray & Gladys (Dickey) Fourman. She was a homemaker and also worked at Hobart/Whirlpool for 20 years. She was a member of Hillgrove Federated Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Clifford E. Ward Sr.; daughter: Rosella Shepherd; brothers: Cecil & Dale Fourman; sisters: Edith Fourman, Mildred Spencer, Neva Troutman, & Lois Best.

She is survived by her step son & daughter in law: Clifford E. “Gene” & Delores Ward of Denison, Texas; grandson: Kent Shepherd; step grandchildren: Starr Capps, Nathan Ward, & Nikki Ward; 6 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; numerous nieces & nephews.

Services will be held on Friday February 23, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Greenville Cemetery. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to services on Friday at the funeral home.

John Mark Eisley Fourman, age 75, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Friday, February 16, 2018 at 8:00 PM at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. He was born on October 13, 1942 in Greenville, Ohio, to the late James C. & Lucy B. (Beane) Fourman.

John is survived by his wife of 43 years Cindy A. (Roop) Fourman whom he married on August 17, 1974; daughters and sons in law, Sara & Mike Fox of Greenville and Beth & Ron Francis of Troy; grandchildren, Libby Fox, Michael Fox, Charley Barringer and Jessica (Jeff) Welbaum; great grandchild, Jackson Welbaum; brother, James T. “Tom” Fourman of Sebring, FL., sister, Lynda Fourman of Syracuse, IN; aunt, Sara Vannatta of Greenville; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

John was a member of the United States Army serving in the Vietnam War. He worked in the automotive repair business all his life where he was a manager of the Firestone Store in Vandalia and also worked at Westlake Supply in Greenville. John was a member of the Disabled American Veterans, VFW and loved to fish, play cards and attend his grandkids ball games.

There will be a memorial service held on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio, with Pastor Don Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Newcomer Cemetery, Darke County, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Friday, February 23, 2018 from 5-8 PM at the funeral home. A full military service will be conducted on Saturday at 2:00 PM at the funeral home by the Greenville Veterans Honor Guard.

Mary F. Lennen, 81, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on February 19, 2018.

She was born on August 10, 1936 in Darke County, Ohio, the daughter of the late Jess and Laverna (Stephens) Lennen.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her sister, Vera Lennen.

Mary is survived by her sister, Vada Lennen of Greenville.

Mary retired from Neff Lettering in Greenville.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, February 23, 2018 at the Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville campus with Rev. Lowell Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenville Cemetery.
